The Pershing 115' is remarkable for a series of different, high quality features,
such as the unique, refinement of its internal and external design and the
luxurious comfort it offers even when cruising at high speeds.
The appearance of this singular maxi yacht at the main international boat
shows prompted unanimous and enthusiastic applause for its unique qualities,
which besides arousing great excitement have also resulted in four sales.
The Brand New Pershing 115’
A new space has been created in the day area, located between the upper
level and the lower deck. This exclusive area featuring a private study, TV
area and a day head, was achieved by revolutionising the shape of the entire
superstructure. The volumes and spaces have been designed and carefully
created in a perspective that marries style and living comfort.
The night zone, consisting of four cabins each with en-suite bathrooms, is
particularly remarkable. In the centre of the boat is the bright and spacious,
full-beam master cabin, and in between that and the special, circular VIP cabin
in the bow, are two guest cabins. Extremely comfortable crew quarters have
been included in the stern, consisting of three double cabins with relative
bathrooms, a laundry and a large galley. A tender can also be stowed in the
spacious hanger at the end of the stern.
A wind of change continues to blow up from the Adriatic coast, Pershing
Yachts. Over past weeks, the shipyard and engineering department have
been absorbed in the final stages of a major new project, the launch of the
new Pershing 80’. This model, which is now almost ready for unveiling, has
inherited two very important qualities from the Pershing 72’, a craft that
enjoyed remarkable commercial success and visibility in 2007. The new
Pershing 80’, brainchild of yacht designer Fulvio De Simoni, once again
succeeds in offering owners exceptional performance. On the standard
version, two powerful 2030 mhp MTU engines combine with ASD 15L surface
propellers to guarantee a peak speed of 44 knots, whereas a faster version
with two 2435 mhp MTU engines offers an incredible peak speed of 50 knots
at 1/3 loaded displacement.
New Pershing 80’
The Pershing 80’s is scheduled to launch in the summer of 2008, followed by
an unveiling to the public at the Monaco International Boat Show. There are
many elements that give this yacht an edge over its competitors. First and
foremost, the yacht’s construction process uses the “Scrimp System”, a
fiberglass vacuum molding process for that significantly reduces voids in the
laminate and increases strength. Secondly, the boat boasts numerous
exclusive features, such as the elegant slideaway glass partition, designed in
collaboration with Besenzoni. Originally used on the Pershing 72’, this feature
has been further developed and now includes two separate sections that make
the option of closing the cockpit off from the upper saloon even more modular.
Alternatively the owner can choose to join these two environments together to
create a huge and harmonious open space, all on the same level. This
versatile area is completed by another special Pershing 80’ feature, the
extendable-retractable hard top. The cockpit is also spacious and luxuriously
finished to ensure it can be enjoyed without any disturbances. The stern
sundeck has been designed so it is completely independent from the opening
of the garage, which includes a foldaway platform for easy watertoy launching.
Boarding convenience is via an ingenius gangplank, which doubles as a
swimming ladder and a walkway onto the quay when the craft is moored. The
dinette in the bow is also a new addition, especially when combined with the
versatile, modular sundeck that boasts a bimini top.
